style="letter-spacing: 1px;font-weight: bold;">——读的是“天坑”专业，想为未来的“副业”打基础。</span><span textstyle="" style="letter-spacing: 1px;">研究生陈同学通过直播，在某平台成了一名万粉博主，“最初就是想通过直播起号，主要是纯聊天，分享学习生活日常，大概每次能涨几十个粉。”陈同学告诉半月谈记者，之所以直播，初衷还是为未来打基础，“我以后不走科研这条路，直播可以成为我的一条退路，减轻就业压力。”在平台的加持下，她的直播效果不错，“新人直播平台会给流量券，还会加快笔记推流。”</span></span></p><p style="margin-left: 8px;margin-right: 8px;line-height: 2em;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="letter-spacing: 1px;font-weight: bold;">——收入可观，不出校门收获兼职。</span><span textstyle="" style="letter-spacing: 1px;">在湖南读大二的李倩（化名）在当地算小有名气的本地博主，点开她的主页可以看到多篇精美的探店和种草笔记。她告诉半月谈记者，最初起号阶段是单纯凭借自己的兴趣爱好，慢慢有了变现渠道。“主要是想通过直播涨粉，粉丝多了好处很多，容易被品牌方看到，发个软广就可以收到品牌方寄来的一些礼品，一些餐饮店做活动会邀请我们这些‘达人’去探店免费吃饭。”美食探店的定位使其直播场所一般都是在校外餐饮店，基本不影响室友生活，也没人表示反感。</span></span></p><p style="margin-left: 8px;margin-right: 8px;line-height: 2em;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="letter-spacing: 1px;">主播陈同学已签约一家MCN(多频道网络机构)，但仅为商务挂靠，以便节省提现手续费。“除了可观的收入，我也懂得了如何策划、如何投放，还能学到些不一样的东西。”她同时强调，自己虽然基本在宿舍直播，但会选择舍友不在的时间段。“如果更晚的话，我就去烧烤店，边吃宵夜边聊天。”</span></span></p><p style="margin-left: 8px;margin-right: 1px;">“我就是靠直播看了10本书，不直播就很容易不专注，相当于有人免费监督自己。”广东工业大学大三学生周同学说，自己直播已有一段时间，并非为了打赏或涨粉，而是与网友互相监督学习。计划考研的他还与网友形成直播互助小组，“我和室友目标不太一致，而且关系一般，但和网友有共同的目标计划，可以相互激励监督。”周同学说。</span></span></p><p></p><section style="letter-spacing: 1px;">“今天去图书馆自习，对面的女生看书也一直开着直播，让我感觉很不自在。”广东的大学生吴意林说，周围的同学直播已经“无孔不入”，吃饭、看书、洗漱都可以直播。</span></span></p><p style="margin-left: 8px;margin-right: 8px;line-height: 2em;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="letter-spacing: 1px;">MCN保底时长助推校园直播“不分场合”。当镜头对准宿舍，大学生直播“啥都可播，时时在播”，身处镜头之外的室友，却不得不躲避镜头，时刻要在宿舍内支起床围。一些大学生长时间直播的背后，是MCN签约的合同要求。</span></span></p><p style="margin-left: 8px;margin-right: 8px;line-height: 2em;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="letter-spacing: 1px;">广州娱加娱乐公司有关负责人告诉半月谈记者，目前公司签约大学生主要做才艺和游戏主播，收入方式主要分为保底加提成及纯提成两种。“纯提成时间相对自由，按实际收益分成。有保底的则类似上班，每天需播满3至4小时。”</span></span></p><p style="margin-left: 8px;margin-right: 8px;line-height: 2em;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="letter-spacing: 1px;">在MCN保底时长的要求下，一些大学生主播为完成任务，不得不随时随地开播。拥有2万粉丝的文同学告诉半月谈记者，自己一开始在校园拍摄跳舞视频走红，不久后就有MCN找来签约。“MCN会提供资源，但也对我的直播和日常更新提出了相应要求。”</span></span></p><p style="letter-spacing: 1px;">文同学坦言，MCN有保底时长，但自己每天生活内容枯燥单一，跳的舞种也较为固定，常陷入“开播焦虑”。“一想到要直播那么长时间，就不得不想办法‘整活’，例如拉上室友一起出镜。”</span></span></p><p style="margin-left: 8px;margin-right: 8px;line-height: textstyle="" style="letter-spacing: 1px;">北京大学政府管理学院教授马亮认为，大学生直播内容多元，既有校园记录，也有知识分享。直播已成为不少大学生生活中不可或缺的一部分，对其学习、成长与社交产生重要影响，不应简单忽视或抑制这一需求。然而，宿舍属于集体生活空间，大学生直播需注意可能发生的宿舍矛盾甚至法律问题。</span></span></p><p style="margin-left: 8px;margin-right: 8px;line-height: 2em;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="letter-spacing: 1px;">对学生来说，学校引导至关重要。暨南大学法学院副教授陈贤凯表示，学生宿舍虽是个人休憩场所，但它属于学校物业，在学校管理范围内。学校有权为维护宿舍生活秩序、营造良好环境而制定宿舍行为规范。</span></span></p><p style="margin-left: 8px;margin-right: 8px;line-height: 2em;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="letter-spacing: 1px;">受访专家认为，任何创作自由都应以不侵犯他人权益为前提。陈贤凯建议，高校应完善规章制度，强化直播管理，正向引导学生遵守宿舍管理规则，对违规直播说“不”；对因直播影响他人休息的学生，应加强宿舍纪律管理。</span></span></p><p style="margin-left: 8px;margin-right:
